We have arrived! It was thankfully an uneventful and expectedly tiring trip. After getting settled in we have realized that ther is an unusually large storm swell hitting Alexandria which will more than likely keep us from diving in the mediterranean, or at least cut it down. So we are looking at changing our angle from diving here to surfing, which is just as unique and unknown. I’m pretty excited either way. There will be plenty of great diving after this stop anyway. Pray for good surf!!

It’s been a long hard road getting everything together to make this expedition happen. The website will lay out all the people involved but aside from that I want to give a big thanks to Zeagle for officially sponsoring us and gearing us up with top of the line scuba gear for the journey. I also want to say thanks to DiveRite for their input as well. GoPro was kind enough to supply us with a couple of their yet to be released HD hero cams, which are a perfect fit for what we are doing. While we have yet to secure a distribution deal, we believe in what we are doing and whatever will be will be. First and foremost, this will be an experience of a lifetime. We leave in three days, so we’re head deep in packing at the moment, but I will do my best to update the expedition on this blog as often as I can. STAY TUNED!!
